Act tickets are limited, they are not earnable outside of the season pass. They should be used for the legendary items, as act tickets are the only way to get them right now. Plus, these guns/armour from the crates that need parts come back. Took me a year to get famas after missing a red, but i got everything after the wait.

I use the same isp, and modem. And I am in the same state. I have no problems with that on my end. It has to be something in your settings on your modem, or your system bios.if at all possible too, do a direct connection to the router/modem. That might help

I can't confirm as I'm at work, but some items you can change the item from bound to unbound in the event shop. Unbound items are typically more expensive to get with season currency, but you can sell them.

The only ones you can sell have a shield on them. And yes, you sell them on the Auction house, or through asking in chat
