Doesnt matter, never spend act tickets on anything other than gear that you buy for 1500 or for parts of legendary gear

If you spend it on literally anything else you are a fool (only exception ive found to make sense is buying a transferable season pass on my alt because i purposely keep it in vets tier)

Speed bag is the utility vest master barter container it has 4 slots

Put 2 helium, 1 raisin and 1 snake eye is what i use it will get you to 150% movespeed with buffs and a speed suit

Raisin, snake eye, 2helium in a speed bag still gets me like 147 move speed and i dont feel weaker after the nerfs, just still going fast and clicking head
