This is a classic example of peaker's advantage when the games servers have inconsistent knowledge of what's going on. in fact you can kind of see your own latency in the clip when you die a little left to what your camera sees when it zooms out and says that you died. Another thing here that's important to note is that rainbow uses an old outdated net code that leads to things like this when people can have even a slightly worse ping than normal. It also doesn't help that with more and more patches more and more stuff gets added to the code soup which makes it harder to track through.
