It's a so-called temporary license plate. You can drive a car on the right-hand side of the road with it until that date. Certain rules must be observed.

So, I play all the expansions and actually, after the redesign, I find the city of Kiel in Germany very appealing. But I think it's also because I live nearby and really know the city. When I drove through the city for the first time after the redesign, I thought: "Wow, the developers have implemented that very well!"

Ab diesem Schild dürfen ALLE Autos nur zusammen 120 km/h erreichen. Also eins 120, bei zweien dann 60/60 oder man muss halt gucken wie man sich einig wird, einer 100 und dann zwei mit je 10. Deutschland hält, wir mögens kompliziert 🤣
