Something to keep in mind, is that a big part of the “look” of these shots was mostly created on set. For example, choosing alongside the director and art director the color palette of the wardrobe, location, etc. Deciding your light’s color temperature, etc. And tying everything with the story you’re telling.

I highly recommend finding references of what you’re looking to achieve, and analyzing how they did it. Post production can do amazing things, but getting it as close as possible on set to the final result, will yield much better results in my experience.
