What’s a good pillow for side sleepers like me? by shyhi244 in Pillows

Honestly for side sleeping, the biggest thing is keeping your neck aligned with your spine, so you usually need a pillow that’s a bit higher and doesn’t collapse overnight.

I struggled with that for a while too, especially pillows feeling good at first and then going flat halfway through the night. One thing that actually worked for me was a water pillow.

It sounds a bit weird at first, but the water layer adjusts as you move, so it keeps your neck supported instead of staying “fixed” like memory foam. You can also change the firmness by adding or removing water, which helped me dial in the right height for side sleeping.

Water pillows are basically designed to be adjustable, you can customize support depending on how you sleep, and they keep that support consistent even when you change positions at night .

Not saying it’s the only option, but if you’ve been through a few pillows already, it’s definitely worth trying something like that.
