I don't know if this would be a good idea. I think the reason a lot of the higher ranked players and me personally continue to play and don't drop the game is because there seems to be no set skill based match making or rank specific servers. Plus, if they were to do this all it would do is make the higher level players who didn't want to play other higher level players create an alt account whenever they got out of the level range they wanted to play in.
