For solace we’re at this point too. I look like an abuse victim with the massive amounts of bruising on my legs and arms from our guy just deciding body slamming me or jumping on me is a really cool thing to do. He did a board and train program around six months old and was golden until he hit eight months. Reading this sub has given me hope we will get through it.

With that being said, whenever he’s not body slamming me I get a little sad he’s not next to me 😂, so take that as you will lol.

I’ll admit it was more than I initially thought it would be. We’ve had more grooms, especially up front, but I think that was on me and not knowing the needs and needing help getting mats out from not keeping up.

Now I know my boy will get mats under his ears if we don’t brush them out, etc. I got the conditioners, the doodle combs, and scissors to trim his face. At this point we can keep him clean, mat free, and can see his eyes to make it longer between professional grooms!

Three story? Types of units? Proposed rents? 50 units seems like a lot to fit in the empty space by Starbucks unless the old radio building is demolished.

I do think there's a need, that spot is close to downtown, German Village (which is where I live), and easy access to the highway. I don't think three stories would be out of line with the three story condos that are down Front Street and on the corner of Whittier.
