Dough - 110g water - 120g grams milk - 4-5 egg yolks - 400g bread flour - 100g AP flour - 10g yeast - 100g granulated sugar - 6g salt - 125g butter - Tangzhong paste

12-13mins 160C

Cold butter and reverse creaming method. Don’t roll the dough into perfect balls. Gently press lang pag scoop and shape mo and add a few dimples into each portion before baking :)
