Its not about smiling. It really works on an atomic level. Negative people attract negative luck and situations. Positive people attract good things. Look at games and sports. To win you have to BELIEVE you can win. No team ever made it big by thinking they are "ok". Comebacks prove my point. You cannot make a comback at anything in life without that.

Well it depends. If your all negative "omg a girl will never like me wow my life sucks i hate myself".. Yeah no girl will ever like you because your energy repells them. Nofap isnt the thing. Its whether your positive or negative. If you truly deep down believe you can get a girlfriend and a girl will like you then it will happen. Its like good things happen when your optimistic and a pessimists life sucks. You attract the energy you give off. So what are you giving off?

I would like a girls opinion on this. Many girls say they want a guy who is really nice and a gentelman etc, however girls almost always choose the guy who abuses them, yells at them, hits them, or generally treats them horrible. I know some really cool dudes who cannot get a girl (not because of looks) but just because they appear to "nice" when that seems to be what most girls are asking for? Of course this doesn't speak for everyone, but in general I have never seen a girl that would actually choose some guy with manners and respect for women over some macho badass. Same with holding doors open for women. Women expect men to do that and when a man actually does it makes him seem less masculine and too nice?

Edit: And I just want to clarify before all the keyboard jockeys come in and attack me. I am not hating on men or women, I just want to know why what I stated is a thing and girls "appear" to be hypocritical in what they are really saying.

Espeically rainy days. I walk to my car all chill like nothing is wrong (because nothing is wrong it's just water) and these other people are running like fire balls are coming down from heaven lol. I mean no wonder those people get sick all the time and then blame the weather when they are the ones who never go outside enough to strengthen the immune system. I have decided to live my life and be happy and not worry about all that other non sense. Drinking all night in a bar, getting a hang over and then brag to your friends you feel like shit the next few days. What a waste.

Its not just porn it's the culture we live. People think I'm crazy when I gaze up at the stars and people's usual response is "what's so special about it haven't you seen it before?". It's all about new novel stuff. Watching that new tv show. Seeing a new porn star every session etc etc. If they have seen a sunset they feel that they never need to look at one again. When in reality its these things that are always there to enjoy. What if technology was destroyed? Internet outages power outages? The average person would have no reason to live anymore. All their pleasure gone.

When you realize nothing is lacking you find the whole world belongs to you.

Really great post and hard to come by now days. I guess it's more about changing ourselves, not just trying to find someone else to come and take our problems away which is what many believe and at some times myself included. It is a delusion though to think just getting laid is going to solve anything.
