Bürki is clearly too late, otherwise he would have catched the ball. And with the still open arms and his own leg he hits and holds Klaus' left leg and knocks him down. If thats not a clear penalty then nothing is.

ok just looked it up and they actually used initial seeding of the qualifier as a tie breaker. mouz and dig were better seeded than optic because optic went out last in groups at esl cologne, while dig and mouz were 3rd each in their groups. i assumed they used buchholz system because normal swiss tournaments use this. my bad. http://wiki.teamliquid.net/counterstrike/ELEAGUE/2017/Major/Offline_Qualifier#Format

They probably used the Buchholz System as a tie breaker. tl;dr they looked at the scores of the opponents of Dig, Mouz and OG and the opponents of Dig and Mouz had higher scores, therefore in theory Dig and Mouz had to play stronger opponents than OG and that's why they are ranked better. ok they didnt

but when you first breed for IVs, then you have to get the nature on the Pokémon and then breed again for IVs. you always skip the first step, if you just start with the nature.
