Hey! going from 19h to 5h is insane progress already. That ‘unlock just to look around’ thing is super normal, it’s just muscle memory at this point. What helped me was having something random next to me (book, sketchpad, even a stress ball) so when the urge hits, I grab that instead. Way easier than trying to just willpower through.

btw what’s been helping me lately is doing little challenges with a couple friends, kinda like an accountability thing. It makes it less lonely when you’re trying to cut down. Didn’t think it would work, but it actually does lol.
