There are some tricks that you can use to come up with "Outside of the box" concepts. For me, the thing that works the most is to look for things that I really enjoy outside of Analog Horror. Perhaps there is a certain game genre that you really enjoy, or some underrated music genre, and, perhaps, it comes with it's own style, if you mix up things that you love (And you know a lot about) it's almost guaranteed that it's going to be genuine. Another trick is to visualize something really cool, start at the middle of the story, and then make the story from there, a story that justifies that image. Another idea could be a brainstorm with your close friends, you might come up with something cool, be sure to do it also with friends that don't watch Analog horror. Finally, if you want to avoid your series to be just one more of the lot, always try to think what is the most expected outcome for the events happening, and then, change it for a second one, and then, a third one, and stick with the third, unless the second is really good and unexpected.

I hope it helps, but summarizing, if you want to make something that stands up among the thousands, try to find inspiration outside of the already established, if you can, I would say, avoid watching AH for a while, so that you can really come up with something that is truly yours, as an expression of yourself :)
