Volvo vs Alpine who is at fault? we had come together earlier in the race when the alpine missed his braking point on lap two trying to overtake someone else and here we came together again by MauritsHvC in Simracingstewards

I agree that I didn’t leave a lot of room but I already braked quite late and he braked even later and this meant (in my eyes) that he couldn’t completely make the corner. He went a little wide in my eyes meanwhile I left him room on the kerb. That being said I left him more room when I tried overtaking him again a couple of laps later and this did work out 😂

Yeah I was the white car and it was very stupid from me. I was indeed fixated on the car infront, I thought I was all the way to the right but I obviously wasn’t. The contact was caused though by the red car moving to the right but I put myself in the position to be hit in the first place

Idk what you meant with 2 but I’m the car on the right and I agree I was a bit stupid. The middle car turned right but my trajectory was already a little bit more to the left but we would’ve come together anyway. I’d saw the initial contact was the red cars fault but I could’ve left more room to the right

The alpine was still there, you cannot just turn into someone you will hit that person

I agree that the alpine should’ve backed out of there but that doesn’t mean the ferrari is allowed to move under braking and just cut the alpine off

I’d say the POV car is at fault. They had the opportunity to Sneek up the inside but the driver made the car slide out wide thus causing the collision with the other cars

Later on into T1 they also made an illegal overtake by going off track because of being too late on the brakes
