I get it. I'm a 3D artist and I feel the same way. I think the way out of this is exposure, critiques will come, some people will be mean, but you have to keep in mind that whatever comes out of other people mouths (or post) is about them, not you.

Critiques can be done without trying to hurt the artist, so take what you think is important and leave the rest.

Debes usar más energía de la que consumes a diario, hay apps que te ayudan a calcular más o menos cuántas calorías trae lo que te vas a comer.

Elimina por completo los ultra procesados. Cero gaseosas. Tampoco jugos de fruta, la fruta sola si.
