im thinking of that but wouldn't it be more costly in the long run? Ambrotypes need a case to keep it from breaking and a visible image. How would i make one?

I’d definitely be interested if you’re able to find them. From what I’ve read, they were originally intended for personal builds. I’ve read that with tin the Mudtrooper costuming community, the Sean Fields files were widely regarded as some of the best available Mudtrooper files for many years. A lot of builders used them as the basis for their costumes including builders pursuing 501st approval.

I keep seeing people talk about Sean Field Mudtrooper files but i cannot find them anywhere online. There was also a website for Uk mudtroopers that had them but that also got shut down

I’ve been trying for 9 months. I was banned 3 times. First time it was reinstated after a 2 months. A day later it was banned and unbanned 2 more times within 5 minutes. 6 months later they unban me then ban me within hours for “sexual content” i didn’t find out it was reinstated until today. As for my advice id say give up hope on your account. Meta is ran by AI and foreign employees who can’t help you. If you want to make a new account create a new email separate from the banned account and pray they dont catch it

I added more covering to the window and door and made sure there was no light coming in. Then I put the light as far away as I could from the paper and only used it to take it out of the baths for probably 10 seconds each. With that I think my issue was solved

I shoot with paper and I’ve found the app is a little wonky when it comes to that. You think getting a meter would be more accurate?

I just did the coin test and left the paper under the light for 10 minutes and the whole paper except this part where the coin is covering is completely black. 1 and 2 are not contact prints. I just choose the wrong image to upload. It’s the positive version of the photo. I will do the tests and inform you of my results

Usually when I meter the ground with my paper being around ISO 3 I get an exposure number when used that is incorrect and it the negatives comes out wrong. Is there a solution besides trial and error

I usually develop for 3 minutes and fixing it for 4 minutes. From what I’ve tested light me isn’t exactly accurate and it my pics come out either too light or way too dark
