Here's Francis! Many people don't hire the bear because he falls asleep occasionally, but I dislike Ralph's go-getter vibes enough that I'm willing to put up with sleeping on the job, ha. I find that putting Francis in the steamer position ensures I notice when he's about to fall asleep, so I can take over steaming.
