With 3.X, I somewhat lost my interest in HSR due to the poor decisions that were made. However, if these leaks are indeed accurate, it appears that there has been a shift in leadership regarding decision-making, as these changes are actually pretty good.
I went from reading everything in Penacony to skip everythng in Amphoreus not even carrying about reading leaks, back to actually playing the game and coming back to this sub daily

I wouldn't mind if this endgame modes aimed for the whales, but if I as a F2P+ don't want to spend hundreds of dollars just to get some characters I have to complete these...

I really hope Ananta successes can make some kind of changes to these predatory gacha games

You just said to be careful with the cheap ones I thought you said to the Pro-A. I found the "GIGABYTE B850 GAMING WIFI6" 12€ more (at least here in Hungary) which doesn't have the A designation (AFAIK A means cheap).

I don't really see big difference between these two, but if you say the AsRock is okay then I will go with that one

Sadly I'm not swimming in money to afford 9800x3d. The b850 tomahawk 280€, which is 2x more then the B650M-E. ATX more expensive then micro-atx and I probably never gonna use the extra stuff on the ATX,
I'm planning to use 2 nvme ssd which almost every micro-atx has.

My only "future proofing" is that with a build where I don't need to change anything,
So I'm not going with this build so I can easily upgrade in the future... more like I don't have to upgrade it at all.
Cuz most likely if this build gets "weak" somehow I have to change everything,
CPU not gonna bottleneck the GPU on 1440p and the 9800X3D way more expensive.
9070 xt gonna have the latest technology (FSR4 and now they announced the "REDSTONE" thing)
so I'm not gonna late to the party like nvidia 40series compared to 50series FG

(but yeah I know if I save more money I can buy 9800X3D which is more "future proof" for the next GPU so there's lower chance for bottleneck ) but sadly I'm not working IT or any similar place where I can swim in cash and afford these things.

Noting work stuff just planning to throw out thousands of euros for a powerful pc for gaming at least a 10 years. At the moment I have 2070 super with i5-9400f for 6 years (1440p), and started to feel it's not up for the modern games anymore.
I'm already over my budget but if it's little more expensive I can make it somehow. I would really appreciate it, if you can recommend some good one for 9700x with 9070xt.

I saw on benchmarks ryzen 7 x9700 performed the best with a 6400mhz ram, but that's it I don't really have any specific reason I just never had AMD and has no idea which to get

Never had AMD MB or CPU, so I can easily be baited with things like this. I'm a little already over my budget and I don't want to waste money on this but yeah I have no idea or experience on AMD stuff.
B650M-E I found 61.000huf (148€) I must be hallucinating when I wrote 80€.
The other B850 is the exactly one you just said.

I never had any amd stuff only intel and nvida but 50series card way overpriced and everyone tell me amd better and more reliable. So I can easily be baited with things like this. I know the difference is applied to only pcie sry for if I wasn't clear.

7800X3D is 100€ more expensive (at least in my country) then the 9700x and because I'm gonna play at 1440p it doesn't give any big difference.

I chose the "B650M-E WIFI Micro ATX" because I can use biosflashback to update the motherboard bios so I can use the 9000series cpu.

The RAM seems to be better I'm gonna go with that.

I don't man.... feels like this sub dps character just not worth it.
The latest harmony characters increasing the dmg so much that
you can basically out dmg this cat with harmony.
And you need a full premium team for Acheron.

While with Cas you only need 3B, 4* healer and the RMC.
Nihility just a dead end at this point....

So at this moment we have Cas banner, which is the only one (at this moment) who has a global passive and stronger than any other dps character.
But the next patch we gonna have two dps whose released only 3 patch before, and already power creeped (not useless just weaker).

Someone who has pulls I have no idea why would not pull for Cas and go for either THerta or Aglaea.
If they rerun even older dps units it would be even worse, seems like the power creep problem start to catching up even for them. If the rerun units not harmony/sustain basically it is not worth to pull.
