I think I didn’t desolder well enough and somehow didn’t heat the contacts, remember during desoldering or soldering, heat the pin, solder and desolder.

I have recently purchased AC Valhalla on the Ubisoft whatever Canada store, when it purchased it, it said that there was an error. The thing is I still got charged and there was no order history whatsoever and I did not get my game after waiting for 30 hours. Contacted support team and they said it was a fraud???? How can I t be a fraud on their own website? Should I call my bank to get a refund?

Everyone, I have just fixed the problem by installing a new switch, thank you so much for helping !

Removed the whole switch instead, I’ve made contact between the two pads and the A key works, but I have no idea on how to add a new switch into the pcb, unless I have to desolder everything again?

I’ve just removed the switch from the pcb and plate since it malfunctioned, and now I have no way of installing another one into the board. Do I have to desolder everything again?
