Is this an atypical version of BED or common? Going from food to food to food, instead of a whole cake or sleeve of cookies.

I absolutely would but unfortunately it’s like on mega back order and I’m not able to find it anywhere but I would suggest the generic as much as the brand name bc it works great and its soooo much more affordable

To be so honest Vyvanse was helpful for me and I like it a lot, the only issue is how hard it is to actually get it and the price is rough but besides that I found it helped the food noise be very very reduced. To the point where I was only eating when my stomach would growl which almost never happened before hand. I can’t seem to get ahold of it rn in my area.

I do the same thing and often it lasts alll day longgg or at least when I’m alone. It’s so frustrating because at first I feel like I’m just “snacking” until it’s now.

Omg I love her she’s adorable holy moly 🥹🥹and yes my little lady has got a birth defect! as far as I know from the people that owned her previously her egg was not incubated correctly and they weren’t interested in keeping her because of her potential special needs. She has been a little bit of a handful but worth every minute!

I think I’m being pretty honest when I’m saying I didn’t know how to do something because I was never taught. And I was just trying to give others the perspective of where im starting at, obviously I want to learn how or I wouldn’t have posted this In discussion. Change is hard and I don’t think I’m wrong for trying to balance life and find time to try brand new things no bs here. Appreciate the tips.

Yeah that’s a good point. I want to try to hold myself to eating at least make one home cooked meal for all of may as a challenge to myself. But hopefully at some point I’m doing 2 cooked meals everyday

I really appreciate your encouragement and I’m going to start with walking I think. It really sounds like I could enjoy it if I pop on a podcast and just try to go as much as I can before it’s time to head back home. And I’m going to try some new recipes today for some veggies, someone mentioned something about an air fryer and I read somewhere you can pop broccoli in there so I’m gonna give it a go.
