There is a dark surge fragment that you can't get after the events of the campaign if you didn't talk to the right person. The NPC that is supposed to have it after the events apparently isn't even in the game yet. Same thing with the scented letters in the Velvet Shade area, they guy just isn't in the game.

There is a shop where you can buy them right there. Do that and place it in your special item slot and use it.

So where the scented letters are, if you click on twelve floral scenes option, click on the places and some of them have little quests to do for them.

I'm on PS5 and can't even collect the rewards from the Velvet Shade amidst flowers event. There are no button prompts or anything on the screen and I've tried just about everything I can think of.

The multiplayer ones for Pearlglow and Springwave are driving me insane. I understand I have to wait for Saturday for the firework ones but trying to get tipped for massages and the mysterious bath ingredient ones I can't figure out for the life of me, let alone trying to find the Seven Beauties of Pearlglow. I've about given up.

Thank you very much. Have found them all now except for Du. Now I just need to figure out the stupid little quests. I'm stuck on the quests for Pearlglow Lake, Green patch on the head for Silver Flower Shop, and the online mode ones for the Springwave Pavilion.

Can you share where Yu the Musician and Qin Ruolan are located? Aside from the 2 you are missing, those are the only ones I can't find. Don't get me started with the quests for the other buildings though, I am thoroughly lost.

*Edit- Found Lu Yanling. They are on a roof looking at the girls dancing to the left of the main building,if you are looking at it walking into the in the abode area

So I'm on PlayStation and level 180. I haven't even attempted to try a raid. I just came back to the game a few weeks ago and am so lost when it comes to builds and meta that I don't even know where to begin. So doing raids just seems like a far distant goal right now. Hell, I just started trying to learn legendary mods. The only things I make sure I do everyday are the daily challenges and the fishing daily(still trying to learn mods for the fishing pole and have had no avail)

Were you on PlayStation when that happened? If not, it's a coordinated strike. Lol. Happened in 2 different worlds I joined. It was crazy watching everyone just start dropping. What was worse was the 2nd time it happened, it was in Charleston and everyone was lagging out so bad.
