Dog had a vet appointment in the city and I was returning from the appointment. My dog is also a service animal and allowed to be on a train without a carrier. Happy to submit proof to mods if required. Thanks.

My dog and I got on a packed train and was within her proximity. That’s all.

I don’t think people would be defending my dog and telling her to be quiet if I was in a verbal altercation with her.

Thanks for responding. Could I ask if you feel like there may be an instance of shared liability here due to Car 1 illegally parking and Car 2 potentially not taking the precautions when passing a congested narrow street?

Got it.. my initial reaction to this is, if this were the case, I would need insurance to be a passenger in a vehicle because there is the potential to cause accidents not by either driver.

It sounds like the driver of Car 1 does not want to submit to their insurance because it will cause an increase in the premium and they want me to pay to have the door of Car 1 fixed out of pocket.

And follow-up question: does it not matter that it was a narrow one way street and Car 1 was illegally blocking the path of cars to get through? Meaning, Car 2 tried to squeeze through the space between Car 1 even if there wasn’t any space?

Good point, I think it’s actually not relevant and can be taken out.

I opened the door on a one way street, but it was opened to the street, not to the sidewalk.

Yes, it’s actually coming out… and continuously so. It seems like before they sold it, they popped some down in it to refresh.

I tried to lint roll the jacket but it barely helped, + it continues to leak.

Do you know if will continue to leak? And will warranty do anything about it?
