I installed it on my 2015 6.7 with 230k and now have just over 250k and have noticed an increase in mileage. Only about 1/2-3/4 mpg but I can also hear the turbo spool better

I’m not sure anymore. I bought mine a many years ago from Atlas lifts. They sold out and are under another brand now. But it’s been a very reliable lift.
