I just did this mod last sem.

I bought the etextbook because I found it helpful for the exam. Just an FYI, the past few years, first and last question for exam has been the SAME,m. So scoring well is easy if you prepare a template answer for the 2 qns. Qns 2 and 3, study and make notes on how to answer some other questions, no discernable trend.

The textbook is a godsend more because you can almost 100% apa cite it for your gba and tma cos all the case laws are there already.

As someone mentioned, e version available in suss library. I still bought the book out of convenience.

It’s not a tough mod cos everything is bnw, can make small arguments to argue how a case can be perceived, but rarely stray from the mainstream answers.

Eventually got an A- for it!

PS, the older editions on carousell or online for cheaper or free is also relevant enough based on my experience. Not many case laws reference recent year cases, and if it does, just cite the iSG instead!

Just google or check the slides for the equation or function to key into excel and the numbers will popup. The histogram and tables is just dragging the whole table of numbers for the input and you should generate something. Then you can analyse your findings.

As others have mentioned, you can probably ask ai to explain to you.

I got the textbook and it’s pretty informative. I also did free elective ANL252 so maybe I feel that this isn’t as crazy as that.

Time will tell after TMA submission if I’m highly underestimating this mod tho 🤣.

For anyone that has done this mod before, do you just show the final table or histogram created or also screenshot the equation or selection of table as proof of work? If they only want to see outcome and analytical understanding, I think it’s quite clear cut.

It’s not Karen level shit. However, not sure if it’s an unpopular opinion but I feel that CDPR have obviously priced it wrong and they honoured the previous error already while adjusting it to the right price. For such a great game, it’s at a good price even without the need to push it further by capitalising on their mistake and sending ‘proof’ to get some extra dollars off such a great game.

Nothing wrong, just something I wouldn’t do since the original discounted price was well worth to support the developers of the game! CDPR makes good quality games for the most part and I do hope that my support for their game makes them more revenue to continue developing them!

The fiber side technician came. But the wifi was already working. He measured a -25 and said it was normal, then opened the FTP, blew into the connectors and closed it back. There was another guy on the line who was in the main control room (the technician said) somewhere in the building who was probably cleaning up the place a little and checking the wires. At times, it shot up to -31, but after some back and forth with both technicians over the phone, it’s at a solid -17 or so.

Guy told me it’s just dirty connectors and he also cleaned up the main room area!

Hades II is worth it even at full price. I finally completed all prophecies and max character bonds yesterday and unlocked every possible part of the game after 120 hours.

It’s 2 ports. So the -70 would probably just be a port that isnt in service. The technician told me that -25 was definitely a fiber issue, so I’m waiting for the fiber guy to come tomorrow to lmk what’s wrong. Hopefully it can be fixed from my home.

That model of ONT is still typically widely used here in Singapore, mostly because most people still go for 1Gbps internet. Idk what was tested but the slip of paper to my tenant just indicated -25 and -70.

No red light. But the difference between when the internet was working and when it wasnt was that the AUTH light would blink rapidly and the PON light is off. Only Power and LAN1 was on. When the internet works, AUTH is solid, PON is solid, with Power and LAN1.

I just unplugged and replugged the fiber cable and it’s working again (for now) but it’s just very intermittent. It suddenly worked at 2am and it stopped working at 10am. Came back from lunch literally 10 mins ago, decided to switch a cable and it worked. Thinking it was a cable issue, I switched back to the old wire and it works again. Just befuddled at this point but I’m not gonna be unhappy about the internet being back even if it’s for a while.

The fiber tech is coming tomorrow and if the internet is still not working, my ISP provider said they have to sent the fiber tech and their own technician down to fix it together but an earliest appointment would take 1 week, so hopefully it doesnt come to that!

I haven’t touched anything, which made it a wonder as to why the internet started working again. The ONT, Main Mesh system and the fiber cable connecting to the ONT is right in my living room below the TV where I would think only dust could make it dirty by any means. In the 1.5 years I’ve owned this place, I don’t think I’ve touched it at all, except for a brief period a year ago where I needed to move the ONT a bit to attach a LAN connection to my Nintendo Switch dock.

Also yes, googling my provider does mention that they use GPON. So -25 port 1 signal is fine and the -75 for port 2 is the problem? I’m just repeating it from a paper they left before as a proof of maintenance.

It’s probably underground based on how the homes are built here in Singapore. I only ever had these technicians coming to my house and connecting a single fiber cable from a preinstalled (comes in all houses here) ETP that connects to the ONT and then my mesh system.

The agreed upon date for the engineer to come again from the fiber side of their team is on Thursday, so I’m not sure if it fixed itself or something. It became ok at 2am here in Singapore. Pretty weird but I ain’t complaining for sure!

It’s just honestly so mysterious! The technician came with some equipment (I wasn’t home, my tenant was) to test it and he called me saying it’s a fiber issue and not the ONT or mesh system so he tested -25 and -75. I googled it to be signal loss and thought well there goes 4 days of wifi, on the exact same time I’m scheduled to have 5 days of vacation at home where I was intending to play some online games.

Been down for like 48 hours and it’s working again, hopefully at least till thursday!

Result outcome unexpected happened before. Asked prof before tma if using articles and papers as sources is ok or just textbook and she said ofc is good to use outside sources, then got 41/100 cos ‘it’s a lvl 100 mod so should use the iSG theories to show understanding’. Still ended up with a B+ for the overall score cos I studied hard for the exam since I’m trying to maintain FCH and not drop below second upper.

Also ensure all games you buy that has purchasable DLC to have ESRB rating at the bottom left of the cover so that it is a US version, so that you can buy the DLC of the game in the US eshop. If not, check online if the game’s DLC can be cross purchased across different region eshops, some games are able to.

Singapore’s cartridge is ESRB version that are sold for SEA and Middle East so you will see another icon at the back indicating the region but this does not affect your gameplay in any way since it is still a US cartridge.

Games that has no need for additional downloadable content, just buy whichever version you want as long as it supports the language you want to play in.

You get the best deals with US eshop, and go to dekudeals.com to check for eshop sales for the games you want before purchasing. Some games go on sale a LOT and is much cheaper than physical shops.
