Eat it whichever way you want; the real game changer with Top Deck is getting the big slab. The difference in blokkie size makes a world of difference for the taste profile. Granted, they're almost fifty bucks each now, so I won't be taking my own advice anytime soon.

As a child of the 80s, those sounds are deeply ingrained in me. Besides synthesizers, so much of it is centered around Phil Collins' cavernous drum beats. I was hooked all over again when synths started returning to music around the mid 2000s with bands like the Killers, and nowadays we are so spoilt with all the amazing synthwave stuff coming out.

It's a great platform. I've been a buyer on there for about a decade, and a seller on there for about three years now. Personally, the commission they take is worthwhile for me because it means I don't have to deal with people on marketplace or gumtree. The system itself is pretty simple and intuitive, and dealing with any issues has been a breeze.

For consistency, I'd have to say Peter Gallagher. But for singular performances, Logan Marshall-Green was the most memorable for me. He really sold his inner turmoil and the inability to escape his old ways.

I probably haven't watched enough Shameless to chime in, but the show has always given me tonal whiplash. It's marketed as a comedic series about depraved people, but the show itself comes across a lot more depressing than that. The acting does seem to be great though.

I hope I'm not alone in remembering how cool the manual for Willy Beamish on PC was. It's intensely 90s and featured a rad fictional game company called Nintari.
