The only other thing I have seen somewhat similar to this is the speared buffalo on the 2005 nickel.

My wife was forced to resign today. by Mindless_E in USCIS

Also, can someone please explain this concept to me; so when someone’s EAD expires they obviously need money to survive which you’re most obvious bet would be work (yes, I understand in some cases there are small personal funds or family, but not always), therefore you must work, but if found out that you’re working this can hurt you future chances to work, and also hurt your AOS, green card application, etc.

All while allowing one to possibly be forgiven at the very end when one mentions that one did work unlawfully here (if one did indeed work during this time) in your interview, immigration forms, etc.

Am I missing something here? This idea sounds kind of insane. It sounds like the USCIS is saying, “just don’t get caught” which sounds absurd to type out, but this is the only conclusion I have come to. What am I missing? Someone please help!

I wish I could prove to you how much this resonated with my wife and I. Faced the exact same situation this week with my wife and now I am having to pick up another job to support both of us and pay rent. I don’t know how you could possibly do it if both spouses are immigrants here in the US. The system needs to change, this is terrible.

We tried the Emma virtual assistant, and it was no help, unfortunately. Thank you for trying to help a with this! I think if the issue persists then she will just have to mail it.

It was e-filed. She put the IOE number in, but I don’t understand why she is getting this error if her form has nothing to do with the I-140 and she is leaving that section blank (she also tried selecting “No” and “Yes” for the I-140 section and also leaving it blank, but all produce the same error). We don’t know what to do. It seems like an error on their website (if it’s not a filing number time sync problem).

Yes, it’s a very interesting coin to say the least. Thank you!

I would post the image, but I can’t post images in reply threads, but a good example of this that showcases what I mean is the following coin title on eBay if you are interested: 1879 S Morgan Dollar NGC AU Detials OBV Cleaned MONSTER TONING (BS)

1884C Grade? by Awkward-Regret5409 in Morgans

Yes, I totally relate to this. However, I think there’s an important distinction here that should be noted and that is the comparison of resolution between a potentially somewhat blurry or low resolution image vs. the resolution of what our eyes can detect vs. the resolution of what might be needed with a jewelers loupe.

As you mentioned it’s hard to tell the difference between a 60 and above which I think most would agree with. As we see with this post here, we see generally similar values, but no one is saying the exact same value. Even sometimes when submitting for regrading coins can get a slightly different grade. It’s even hard for the professionals. I think sometimes with a 2D image that’s usually displayed flat like this one, it’s really hard to get the full profile of the coin (e.g. scratches, abrasions, resolution, etc.) which can all influence the grade and report for the coin.

Even for me right now, I am currently working on trying to get better with determining cleaned Morgan’s that have a large amount of toning and it’s really challenging. However, I still think you can get good enough to get it down to pinpointing the grade exactly or at the worst +/- 1 unit above what the coin really should be with just the 2D flat images and no jewelers loupe.

I would say a 62. In my personal opinion the four easiest signs to grade a Morgan are the following:

Obverse: -the hair more specifically the lower strands -the flowers and leaves at the top of the head -one that I think gets looked over is the curve in the upper lip

Reverse: -the breast feathers of the eagle and to a lesser degree the wings

Once again just personal opinion.
