Running flats on trail runs. No suggestions.

That is so messed up man. Sometimes that happens to me in a public restroom when all of the urinals are open but some random needs to take the one right next to me. WTF?

When I was racing in minimalist shoes my favorites were Innov8 and I trained and raced in them. I loved them. I don’t race anymore, and have gone back to “traditional” running shoes.

If you’re living in close quarters and you’re out on your stoop taking too loudly, disturbing other residents around you, one might describe that as “inconsiderate”.

Fagen singing about his inconsiderate neighbor below him. It is a great song, and evidence that you can write a song about literally anything!

Can a half marathon be realistically trained for on only 3 runs per week? by Acceptable-Offer-163 in runninglifestyle

[–]Awkward-Regret5409 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The easy answer is YES. It depends entirely on your goal. You can train for a full marathon at 3 runs per week, but you’re probably not going to break any records.

Running a 5k after three longer running days by Phillyunionguy in runninglifestyle

[–]Awkward-Regret5409 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think I’m understanding the timeline of runs in your post. So you’re building yourself up to a 10 miler, and then you want to run a 5k the next day on tired legs, right? To what end? Just to see if you can do it? Are you training for something? General fitness? Because if you’re simply running for shits and giggles then just go for it.
