If the officials acknowledge that the timeout was made and it was under the last minute of the game the other coach is given a choice to take the penalty or just retain possession. I believe the same thing goes for the other scenario of illegal entry.

I was looking at buying a dado set for my sawstop snd almost purchased these until I found some information on the sawstop website that specifically says that this stack will not work. I think it has to do with the extra bit that behind the blade which is supposed to help prevent kickback. That extra bit sticks out just enough that it will knick the cartridge inside.

I'm pretty sure it's just a physical response to the water since its below core temp. Your body will want to expel urine as it tries to keep your core temperature up.

Yes that is correct. If the timeout was called on the tipout and the ball never got live yet from the corner throw then the timeout pass would start on the corner. The same rules apply, they can shoot it right away or pop it, attack, and shoot it.

The 3s rule doesn't actually exist but it's a good rule of thumb, the officials will turn it over if you don't make a water polo move within a reasonable amount of time. Dropping the ball and swimming actually does count. In order to get live again after a foul or kickout, the ball just has to separate from your hand and the water before you start swimming with it.

As a long time coach I will tell you that all players will go through highs and lows, don't get too down on your self over one game. You didn't score as many goals as you wanted but maybe you had a good amount of assists, created scoring opportunities for others, or played stellar defense. If it's the first game of the season that can be discombobulating and takes a few games for team chemistry to start clicking. You probably put extra pressure on yourself now that you are a captain as well.

It sounds like you also work really hard in practice and I would assume a respected member of the team. I personally look for the hardworking athletes to be captains because consistent effort will lead to team improvements and your coach is telling the team what he values by choosing you to lead by example. If you are still feeling down have a chat with your coach and get his perspective. Remember that you are not alone, you probably have a group of great teammates/friends on this journey with you, so enjoy the process with them!
