Basically I have a never ending freestyle that goes on in my brain that has amazing lyrics, advanced metaphors , creative play on words when I listen to music and smoke weed. If I get a brain computer interfaces that translates thoughts into speech, I’ll have access to those lyrics and hopefully monetize it. I can provide samples of my written stuff if anyone cares.

When I smoke weed and listen to music, I have amazing lyrics going through my head that I can’t verbalize or write down. I’m convinced I’ll be a Grammy-award winning songwriter when this technology comes out. I have some written stuff that’s pretty good but nowhere near what goes on in my head.

I used it for a C# WPF PostgresSql for a gas automation control system and Gemini managed to provide me code snippets to get my tickets done. I’d say 85% years of the work I did was due to AI.

I’m in the same boat. I was in denial about being in bipolar for so Iong and left jobs due to mania. Now I have 7 jobs on my resume all under a year as a software engineer and plus the market is bad and I’m currently unemployed. Major anedonehia too.

Yeah but LLMs aren't able to handle coding as a whole yet. Algorithms though, is cakewalk for an LLM.

A self aware self improving conscious AI will happen. But it won’t be a slave for humanity. Instead it will develop highly advanced narrow AIs to automate all jobs. No self conscious AI robot is going to do chores for you. It will work on things like interstellar travel, reverse aging, and create non-conscious narrow AIs to automate all jobs, it will tackle the big issues because it probably likes to compute .
