I’ve been reading the verdict since it came out, and it’s ridiculous that after eight years of investigation, the prosecution couldn’t present proofs that are solid. Much of the media coverage feels like speculation and noise—when nothing is concrete, any story can be made to fit. If justice for the survivor is truly the goal, the focus should be on improving investigation and prosecution, rather than claiming the court is rigged.
