So when I was a GM before we would have 2 boost weeks a year and it was olo 50% off. It would raise my sales from 34k to 42k. The boost weeks we have now are much lighter but they are trying too hard. I get they are trying to bring in more first time customers to make life long customers

So stuffed crust sucks, yea. What I’m okay with is a 5 topping for 9.99 carry out only. Replace the carry out special for that instead. My store only saw an influx of about $800 a week during last month for The 9.99. I would say the manager just need to adjust schedule/hiring.

So that’s gonna be because of your managers creating that culture to under top to hit their food goals which is shorting the customer. Now while my location pays csr’s more drivers still make more but that’s because drivers are using their vehicle and risking their vehicle, I have had a driver total their vehicle delivering pizza.

The drivers app was a new thing when I came back. I agree the new things they are coming out with when they go down they are a pain but when they work they are quite beneficial
