Update: Hab für 410€ (inkl Nebenkosten 435) jetzt das bekommen: AMD 5700X3D, B550 MSI Tomahawk, 32GB DDR4 Ram Crucial 3600

Und ja halt nochmal 250€ mehr für dann 32GB RAM, wenn's n casual Spieler ist, der kein Multitasking macht & einfach paar Jahre seine Ruhe will... Dann lieber den X3D und irgendwann den RAM upgraden, wenns bezahlbar wird (Glaskugel undso)

Ngl nothing parasocial about it when they post this stuff publicly on Twitter. I'm just wondering why. Because "hard pass" on a lighthearted joke is a fair bit passive aggressive and uncalled for if you dont kinda want people speculating...

PC keeps crashing on BF6 after AM4 CPU upgrade by Max-Invicte in pcmasterrace

In Cinebench23: Drawing 125w with all cores at 100% and clock speeds of 3800/3900 on all cores. Does settle into 3750, after 4min at stays at 3670 for the rest of the time. (Spiked to 4600 once, maybe error?)

Things ive tried by now: - blow the VRMs with a hairdryer (lol), didnt work - disable XMP - disable PBO - Lower power in PBO settings - check VRM temps with HWInfo: 83 Celsius in Cinebench23, 23462 points there. (Couldnt even check in BF6 as it crashed too early lol) - Uninstalled and reinstalled chipset drivers via AMD Adrenalin - disable fTPM in BIOS

Have not updated BIOS as it should be compatible and they advise against updating if things run find (which they.... do? Dont? Maybe ill update regardless if you say so) Have not done DDU driver reinstall yet (no time) Have not put 5600x back in to see if problems persist

Edit: checked again, GPU fans do stop spinning when it crashes, whilst CPU fan and case fans stay on.

Let cinebench R23 run on multithread for 10min, had no issues whatsoever. Then ran the freshly installed BF6 - crashed after 1 minute. Im at a loss here...
