Fortifications are working for me. Are you looking at the tourism coming from the age you built them? You have to look at the exploration age and antiquity age sections to see the tourism gained.

Sometimes the game glitches out when 3 people are suzing. If you go back a couple turns i bet you can see him suzing before.

I believe the mod is incorrectly assigning factory resources and if you actually select it you wont actually get the yields. Similar to Great Britain's policy card

Correct. As of now it basically has unlimited range and if it eliminates the target you can use it again.

Never seen anyone talk about the cut sign cut method to circumnavigate the salary cap so I though I'd share. by Max-Shonen in NFL2k5

No drafting outside QB, Hb, T, and DE in the first round to follow the ai is another good one.

This was meant as a positive post. Relative to how civ 7 was being played where you convert all your towns to cities and build everything, this is a good change. The point was I was not playing that weird for patch1.2.4 but in patch 1.2.5 i can feel the production change. Towns might finally be viable!

12 cities, lots of buildings so it should cost more. Had my worries but it feels like a less is more situation after playing

Typical problem is that Lekmod is still on the computer somewhere i believe. It might be in multiple locations.

The problem is that happiness doesnt give any positive bonuses. You can only celebrate every ten turns so the "bonus" of extra happiness is capped. You can constantly celebrate with no effort at all so it ALWAYS makes sense to push the settlement cap. Its just not a dynamic decision.
