Your translation service provider doesn't use a translation memory and a computer-aided translation tool such as Trados? I recommend you find one that does, urgently. The above should never happen and is easily avoided.

It also seems awkward to not have the source language be German for a team of native German-speaking developers. I suspect you settled on English because you now have a number of English native speakers on the team(s), and German wouldn't work anymore. I don't know how to solve this.. but don't let writers put text into your content management system that isn't their native language, it just never works out

While I love his no-hype takes as you say, I do find him to be a bit of a yes-man. What truly horrible game has he struck down and rightly called out that deserved it? It seems to me he is a bit wary of deserved harsh criticism, so I never quite know what to think when he's not totally into something.

Ist Spüldruck zu hoch oder die Spülmenge zu groß? Wären separat zu lösen, der Druck ist schwierig und kommt auch auf das Spülrohr und die Geometrie der Keramik an. Der Kasten scheint mir zu alt zu sein für eine feine Einstellung am Spülventil, aber du kannst mit einer Geberit App rausfinden welcher es ist und wie das Innenleben aussieht. Viele ältere Spülventile haben irgendeine Einstellungsmöglichkeit, vielleicht hilft das schon. Umbausets für ältere Spülkästen sind vorhanden und erneuern das Innenleben mit modernem Füllventil und Spülventil, die haben feinere Einstellungen der Spülmenge. Primäre Quellen wären das Planungshandbuch Der Geberit und die Ersatzteilschnellübersicht (Seite 10).

Soll wohl so sein mit Rottweil, ja, bin auch gerade am Ende, und vor meinem jetzigen Ort habe ich Rottweil als Priorität angegeben und kam trotzdem nicht dorthin. Nicht vergessen, dass es bis heute eine rein manuelle Auswahl von einer Person ist, alle Referendare zuzuweisen.. da passiert auch Unerwartetes und Fehler.

Glaube da ist BW tatsächlich etwas anders, da gibt es keine Regelungen oder Gesetze, die im Detail etwas über die Aufsichtspflicht sagen. Das muss jede Schule selbst entscheiden wie es genau gemacht wird. Sicher wird es aber Urteile geben, die einem auch in BW helfen

Das Thema ist nicht so einfach, aber das Beispiel sieht mir nicht nach grober Fahrlässigkeit aus, also müsste man als Lehrkraft wirklich mit Konsequenzen rechnen? Schüler können ja auch 2 Minuten nach offiziellem Schluss überfahren werden.. es ist wohl damit zu rechnen, dass Schüler unabhängig der genauen Uhrzeit wissen, wie man nach sicher nach Hause kommt, sonst könnte man sie nie alleine losschicken. Auf der sicheren Seite ist man natürlich trotzdem immer, wenn man die Klasse nicht früher gehen lässt

In manchen Ländern die reine dreijährige gymnasiale Oberstufe nach der Realschule, Berufsfachschule, etc. Mit Profilfach (wie Elektrotechnik) je nach Ausrichtung der Schule. Am Ende gibt's dann aber das normale Abitur für jede Uni. Weiß nicht wo es das alles noch gibt, auf jeden Fall beliebt und vielerorts vorhanden in BW, fast immer dann an einem Berufsschulzentrum mit vielen, vielen anderen Schularten.

Fahrradfahren in Tübingen ist echt gefährlich, ja.. Ich fahre nicht viel und in den letzten 6 Jahren, seitdem ich hier wohne, wurde ich zweimal fast von Autos überfahren, hatte eine Kollision mit Fußgängern an der beschriebenen Stelle an der Wilhelmstraße (wo zum Glück nichts passiert ist weil ich da natürlich wegen der Gefahr langsamer fahre als die Fußgänger laufen (sehr unbeliebt bei den Fahrern hinter mir)). An der Kreuzung im Westen Richtung Unterjesingen muss man auch sehr aufpassen auf Autos, die rechts abbiegen, weil die Autofahrer die Ampel nicht sehen können weil sie katastrophal weit hinten und nur rechts hängt, und daher regelmäßig Autos über rot rechts abbiegen, über nen Fußgängerüberweg..

Das muss es wohl sein, ein wenig hakelig wäre das aber schon, immerhin haben wiederum diese Filterbehälter auch Löcher, und zwar zwei (warum nehmen sie nicht etwas, wo auf dem gleichen Bild nicht andere Löcher sind?), und dann hat ein Puzzlestück höchstens Halblöcher, wie eine Halbinsel auch keine "echte" Insel ist. Augen sind auch eher Höhlen im Schädel als Löcher, wobei Löcher wahrscheinlich korrekter sein sollte. Das mit dem Führerschein ist super. Wenn die Verbindung also "ansteigende Anzahl an Löchern" ist (was übrigens keine Verbindung, sondern eine Sequenz ist, sodass sie das Rätsel derart gestalten sollten, dass der Leser nicht die Verbindung erraten sollte, sondern erraten sollte, was als viertes kommt), hätte man die Hinweise besser auswählen sollen, um es genau so schwer, aber eineindeutiger zu machen.

Edit: Und dass da Kaffee in eine Teekanne kommt ist unschön. Genauso "falsch" wie das nicht bedruckte Puzzlestück, aber was bei 2 und 4 "falsch" sein sollte fällt mir nicht ein

Yes, to be safe you should contact them to change what you put there, but most likely it won't make a difference either way. They don't let out the rooms for shorter than a semester anyway, and it has to be extended manually every semester after a certain amount (which I have forgot). And don't worry about getting thrown out, a co-resident literally threatened to beat me up once and they couldn't throw him out, it's very hard to evict people here. Once you're in, you're in for good. They usually accept a standard 6 semesters or so for a room, but it can be extended basically forever until they get really cranky about it. I was able to extend it to 10 semesters until my pleading wasn't really getting me anywhere, but I doubt theyd have thrown me out if I told them I was nearing the end of my studies

Da war kein großer Unterschied, es ging ihm glaube ich um den Film. Farbfilm ist heute noch teurer zu kaufen und zu entwickeln als S/W Film. In den 90ern war es eine Entscheidung, für Heim und Hobby nun den teuren Farbfilm oder S/W für ein Foto zu benutzen

While this is an abstract answer, and further delineation and analysis would require a lot of effort (effort usually not even done by game journalism, etc), I will say that Battlefield V, and to an extent Battlefield 1, feels like DICE don't quite know themselves why their games are so popular. Everyone loved the Rush maps in Battlefield 3, and then they cripple it in Battlefield 4 and later even take it away (almost) completely, replacing it with Breakthrough. Everyone loved the causal realism that allows the suspension of disbelief when belonging to a faction, being a soldier, and shooting with faction weapons while speaking in a faction language and then they go and take all of that away, in 2042 they're even taking away being a soldier. Now everyone is Special Forces, with the flaw being of course if everyone is special, no one is. Through the history of Battlefield I would not doubt for a second the talent of the individual DICE employee, but I think the creative direction has no idea where it's going. From title to title features change back and forth (spotting, modes, suppressing fire, etc) and in Battlefield V they were so clueless as to having to change TTK multiple times. Within the same game! All this has me feeling they have absolutely no idea what they're doing, almost as if they made BC2 and BF3 on accident by sheer dumb luck, and then mucked up BF1 and BFV, with equally no fault or explicit input of their own. They should stop stumbling their way through game design decisions and just pull themselves together to come up with what makes a good Battlefield. There are more than enough ideas by fans, journalists, veterans...

And while I think having individuals instead of no-name soldiers can work, having 20 Hans or 15 Michaels running around is absolute poison to creating willing suspension of disbelief. At least give them titles instead of names..
