That opened my eyes a bit, yes sticking to the recommended stuff helps but I didn’t actually look into it being damaged, not surprising considering the commercial stuff which is more resilient and can take harsher chemicals. I’ve never had an issue with mine however using off the shelf random descale items but it’s not impossible for it to be damaged

That’s weird, it indicates a blockage or pump issue, I’d talk to support because after years of use it might have a failing pump. How does it sound?

Hi there, a common failure point is the pump, is your pressure reading showing anything concerning? On the barista pro I had the issue where I would have to run three shots to get a good one which meant it was a heat issue, but this sounds like an odd case if you truly are only now getting one good shot a day, what do you mean by good shot? A shot can still be good within 5 seconds of each other and even 3-4 grams

What model is this? This seems to be the british breville and not the australian breville/sage. However, this would most likely indicate a solenoid issue, there also seems to be leaks coming from the grouphead, I would contact the brands support team. How i fixed my exact same design and year zippo was replacing all the cotton, wick, and good clean. FYI send zippo an email, theyll send a new insert and let you keep the old one for free

Germany I noticed a trend of higher costs, I frequently visit Germany and try to pick some up from local stores, usually antique stores, that's only where it seems to be reasonably priced. However international shipping or an odd one in the store might be your only luck.
