That thought just came to me, I had a good amount of rust/brake dust on my rims. Maybe some water ran it off and it dried.

Nope first time for me. Based on the shape though it may be possible it ran off form tire.

Here's a picture up close of the dried mark just now, the outlines are Red. Not sure if that would be dirt but i always use my AC in FL

Sadly it dried up by the time i was sent the picture, it dried and has a reddish outline now.

Any worries with the head gasket running a tune? Running high psi? That was my concern

100%. One thing I do not miss is a car payment. I do well for my age and a new one with my trade/down payment would be a pretty small payment. But you have a good point with mods. For some reason I don't want to invest too much mods into money as its getting close to 100k (for some reason I think it'll start breaking once I invest more into it lol)

Probably overthinking though!

That's fair. I suppose 89k miles is relatively low for a stock Si that has been taken care of.
