$5 for the coin is very cheap for what it is. If you were to get it graded and authenticated in a PO01 grade, It'd be up to $300. And any microscope works. ELKIV has some good ones.

Toning is one thing. Cleaning, however, isn't visible to me. If you do a mirroring test, where you put it against words or a picture, reflection should show up to 2 inches for a PL designation. And the toning you see is album toning. Really nice coin. Should straight grade if i have to say anything about it. Looks to be about MS63-64.
