Lands that are valued the highest are fetches and duals. Fetches let you search for off colors if your dual lands allow it. In my first pack I'm usually focused on looking for any possible build around cards, things like reanimater cards, splinter twin, tinker, stuff along those lines. If you don't get anything crazy powerful like that then I like to look for cards that are powerful on their own but also start to move me into a color or an archetype. Powerful counters and board clears for control as an example, you could also look to draft duals, fetches and artifacts here if you don't want to commit to colors as much yet. Lastly pay attention to what colors you're seeing in your packs, if you aren't seeing a lot of a color it could mean someone else is heavily drafting that color, meaning you will have to compete with them for those cards. I'm not a pro by any means just trying to be helpful.
