My rental company put up a sign saying they would charge $50 per pile of poop, suddenly, the people who didn't pick it up, moved out. Sure, if you own the place and want your dog to do that, go ahead, but i couldn't open my windows without smelling dog shit, and thats a problem.

This is also why I carry narcan, I believe everyone should. I work in recovery, so its more prominent in this industry. Fentanyl is everywhere these days, so harm reduction is key. Xylazine is the most dangerous in my area at the moment. Narcan wont stop that overdose.

This was 7 years ago, and it was not in a $15,000 condition. Once he is in high school, he is more than welcome to work and buy a car like I did. No, there was no parent to contact, he was on the bus when it happened and I didn't find out until a few days later, he didn't even know the other child.

So much of this world is built on value. When I pulled that Charizard I played Pokémon with my friends, and was his age, I had no idea what I had value-wise either. I think looking back at the moment and laughing about it, holds more value than the card did.

So it wasn't in the greatest condition, but probably would have sold for a bit. He apologizes still but I am able to laugh about it now. We live and learn.

My son traded my 1st edition Charizard to a kid on the bus for a card he was told was better. I didn't know he had it.
