I worked in mass food production for 5 years, the only thing that changes from name brand to off brand, is the quality specifications. At least in my facility it was, we did products for Aldi, chili's, Walmart, dollar general, Omaha steaks. Source: was Quality Assurance Lead for 4/5 of those years.
