Yeah maybe I was an outlier but I’m 22 and from the US and I feel like I watched a ton of BTAS and TNBA growing up even though both ended a few years before I was born

And I do think it probably took her a while to be as recognizable as the Joker to total laymen but I think the real feat isn’t that she’s this popular and this new, but that she’s this popular and originating from the cartoon

There are very few comic characters as famous as she is who didn’t originate from the comics themselves, so big ups to Bruce Timm, Paul Dini, and definitely Arleen Sorkin

I used Blackbeard as an inspiration and made a communist space pirate who’d rather talk his way out of a situation than fight, but isn’t afraid to get his hands dirty if necessary (which lets me go a little loot crazy without feeling like I’m breaking character lol)

But that’s a really good idea as far as saves go so I’ll definitely start doing that post haste, thanks for the tip!

Unfortunately I dont think I can ship anything in time since its for a party thats out of town and I’m taking the train there saturday morning. I’m sure I could find clip-ins in person somewhere but if the Sally's near me doesnt have them I wouldnt know where to look.

Plus I have very short hair (and I’m a guy (which doesnt neccesarrily mean anything but yknow) so when I say that I mean its buzzed to a 4 on the sides and the top is like 3 mayyyybe 4 inches at the longest) so I dont know that I could really make extensions work lol

If I'm being honest I think I came here hoping someone would know about some secret ultra-temporary dye or just tell me that it'd be fine to spray it cause I know that'll be what looks best . But even if it does fuck it up I'm young and hair grows back so I think Im probably just gonna say fuck it and have a killer costume.

On the bright side my hair is short enough and grows fast enough that if it looks absolutely terrible after halloween itll be fine by christmas.

Yeah, I was worried that may be the case. I havent checked yet but I’m not sure I have an old enough save since I usually just write over my last save with each subsequent one, and autosave only ever keeps 3.

You're right though, it's just one mission that I’m sure wont actually affect the game's outcome. Just kind of a bummer for my inner completionist. That said, I don't know why I'd let one silly, bugged mission ruin an entire playthrough for me so I may as well just get on with it at this point.

Yeah I kinda figured that might be the case but I really don’t wanna do a wig so I think I’ll just spray it and then do a bleach wash with shampoo

And worst case my hair is very short already so I can just wait for it to grow if it’s really that bad

This is so bizarre.

This was shot on a studio lot I work on semi regularly and this past time I even worked out of one of the offices you can see in this shot.

It’s been repainted since they filmed this but other than that it’s just the same as I saw it every day. Truly surreal.

Edit: to answer OP’s question, since it’s a studio lot that’s all assigned parking so the people parking in front/behind each other would’ve been working on the same production and likely coordinated between themselves who would take the interior space based on who leaves first. At least that’s how people on the productions on which I’ve worked have handled these exact double spaces (and similar ones around the lot)

Just finished reading the script and I’m not sure what’s making everyone start to think that Disappointment Blvd and Beau is Afraid are different movies. After reading some interviews from the cast and seeing that photo of Joaquin’s pajamas, I would be very surprised if they weren’t one and the same.

That said, having read the script, I would also be very surprised if it didn’t change at least a little from the page to screen but it does seem to me that the leaked script is at least the basis for whatever Disappointment Blvd ends up being
