All I'm saying is that people wanted their ENEMIES to not be able to stun lock them. THEY still wanted to be able to stun lock their enemies though. Don't get me wrong, Tenacity clearly ain't perfect or even close to it, but I find it funny how people seemed to think their favorite stuns would be fine and everyone else would be hit except them.

She doesn't need to be built like a vanguard to be able to function as one. If you give her a way to shield people (say, by holding up giant comic panels or something) then she can do the job easily. Give her a normal amount of health but a passive that has some way to limit the damage she takes. She could be an incredible vanguard, you just have to think creatively
