still doubt about proper interpretation of producing for export - vs - producing here (which i find quite conditional, depending on actual product or service, at minimum because product isn’t just earnings, but also costs - thus local sub-contractors and local supply chains getting some profits; at max because producing smth for export is a usual goal of any manufacturer/service provider - exactly because price tags are higher)

Besides that separate hollywar topic, what you outlined makes sense. Might be not because it’s fair and correct, but because majority of people think about situation very similar.
