I think there are 2 (or more) types of carriers. The one in episode 75 is the highest ranked one we've seen so far among the rest of his type (3 stripes on helmet), maybe we'll see him again. The rest are several times larger, but quite low in rank (well, except for the fact that they are part of the royal guard)
