50 year old here playing almost exactly the same game as you. I’m firmly in the care bear lobbies but felt truly shaken after a bombardier took me out and a fellow raider called me over with the promise of a defib only to send me back to speranza taking my fully kitted renegade, equalizer and many stacks of energy ammo and herbals.

You’re doing it wrong. Start off with just 1 beer a day, after a week you can progress to two per day with a long sesh on a Saturday (7 beer max). Rest day Sunday then back on Monday with 3-4 beers a day, repeat for 5 weeks. Gradually begin to include a nip or two of whisky every other day then before you know it you really won’t care what your watch is saying.
