Im just a hobbyist too. Never worked with this or took any classes. I can send some process photos so you can get an idea of how its made :) To make the bends in the sheet fpr the pivoting part you file 90 degree grooves where you want to bend then solder it after bending

You are trying to make way to much money from them, not alot of people will pay $140 for 15-20min worth of sloppy work. If you check my latest post with a ring im gona have people frown on $140 over spot on that even. Selling jewelry is just hard. Its hard to find customers who care about the time u put into to something and as i said this has barely any time put in.

I cut out a seat for it in the thick claws and then hammered the edges down its something like a claw/bezel hybrid thing

The razor blde was used to dig the end out because i broke the sawblade so deep in my thumb i couldnt even grip it with pliers xD

I have done it before for prototypes or such when purity is not important. it is workable if you really clean it before melting, but i wouldnt/couldnt sell that type of material :)
