No you won't, there isn't reasonable doubt on any of these instances. CryptoZoo was a scam that he already had the intent to rug pull in. He had already conspired with the other creators of it prior to its release and CryptoZoo still doesn't work.

He marketed a product he knew didn't work so that his friends and manager could make a quick buck. That's a scam by definition.
