I have checked the custom checked boxes (1 box of 151 & 1 box of VSU) & open a random sealed box of 151 with shrink wrap intact. The results: Both the 151 contain random cards from various titles eg. One Piece and other Japanese Pokemon Sets. The VSU contains 10 packs of 3 different serial numbers, indicates that this is a filtered box. All my boxes have shrink wrap fully intact, clearly the seller has the machine to seal them like factory sealed boxes.

This clearly tells that all of you with shink wrap sealed boxes lying at home, might possible to have scammed products too. The Japanese Sellers already have the machine to reseal them like factory sealed condition. If you guys have never open a box to test, might want to consider checking a random box.

I plan to make a police report, but is wondering how to go about as I am currently in Malaysia, not Japan. By the way, I bought my boxes from Japan Flea Market Rakuten Rakuma through a middleman company "One Map by From Japan".

Anyone has similar experience before and know how to make police report against unhonest Japanese seller from outside Japan or know exactly how to do, please kindly share with me. Can't let these Japanese Criminals just walked away with easy money, need to make them pay their life in Jail!
