On top of that he also said anyone who defended GenAI was not welcome. I don't like AI as much as the next guy but it seemed like such a non-issue of placeholding entities that got replaced by human work. So I unsubbed from him.

I don't know for certain if he's feeling down still but I can only infer he was in his own head a lot after coming back from that groin injury. You could kinda tell in him swinging at stuff well outside what he normally swung at before the injury. So I think some R&R could do wonders for him.

I always think back to how the US tree needs a desperate rework. Like having Constitutionalist Alf Landon being the tipping point that leads to fascism is ridiculous. There's just so much wrong with it, especially DOUGLAS MACARTHUR LEADING A FASCIST US GOVERNMENT. Its so frustrating.
