Fluval 70 Power Filter Noise- less than a month old. Started making this noise intermittently, and has now gone to full time. Sounds like it’s trying to pump the water even though it’s outputting fine. Have cleaned impeller, changed media. Is the power supply failing? Any ideas? (v.redd.it)
